This simple and fun layered dessert is great for pot lucks or as a quick end to a family meal. Its also easy enough to be prepared by kids with adult supervision. Play around with different nuts or flavors of pudding, they're all great!
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together the flour, butter and walnuts and then pat mixture into 13 x 9in pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and 1 cup cool whip until smooth. Set aside.
Mix the instant pudding and milk until smooth.
Once the crust is finished cooling, spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust then spread the pudding on top of the cream cheese layer. Spread the remaining cool whip over the pudding layer and sprinkle with chopped walnuts to garnish. Chill for 1-2 hours.
