COOK MANICOTTI IN BOILING SALTED WATER DRAIN AND SET ASIDE SHRED 2/3 OF THE CHEESE, SET ASIDE CUT REMAINING CHEESE INTO 4 INCH STRIPS SLIT FRANKS LENGTHWISE, INSERT A STRIP OF CHEESE IN EACH. PLACE ONE FRANK IN EACH MANICOTTI COMBINE THE CHILI BEANS AND TOMATO SAUCE IN A BOWL AND SPOON ABOUT 2 CUPS OF THE MIXTURE INTO THE BOTTOM OF A 13 X 9 INCH BAKING DISH. ARRANGE THE 10 FILLED MANICOTTI SHELLS ATOP THE SAUCE IN THE DISH, POUR THE REMAINING MIXTURE OVER THE TOP. COVER AND BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 25 MINUTES. UNCOVER, SPRINKLE THE SHREDDED CHEESE ATOP AND BAKE FOR 10 MORE MINUTES.
