Suggest a better descriptionCook noodles as directed. Drain. In large skillet, in 1 tablespoon butter, over low heat, cook onions until tender. Thinly slice franks diagonally. In large bowl, combine frank slices with cooked noodles, onions, eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, green peppers, prepared mustard, salt , pepper and sugar. Pour mixture into greased 10 inch pie plate. In small saucepan over low heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Remove from heat and stir in crumbs. Sprinkle this mixture on top of noodles. Refrigerate, covered, about 1 1/2 hours. Heat oven to 375. Uncover pie and bake 1 hour 10 minutes. remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before cutting with sharp knife into 5 or 6 wedges.
