A meal good for breakfast or lunch.
1. Peal and cut the potatoes, onions and bacon.
2. Brown the bacon and onions in soy sauce. Add the potatoes and season with garlic salt and soy sauce, mix together and cover. Turn heat on low and let simmer.
3. When potatoes are tender to your liking take lid off stir and put cheese on top. Turn heat really low put lid back on and let cheese melt. When melted serve and enjoy.
Season as u cook to taste.
