Stir and reduce power to med. (50%) and microwave for 5 min., stirring once... Then set aside... Mix 1/3 cup bread crumbs, ground beef, and onion flakes with one egg and divide into six equal portions (patties) 2) Mix 1/3 cup bread crumbs, ? cup parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes... Dip the beef patties in the beaten egg and then in the crumb mixture (repeat if desired)... Place in rectangular baking dish 12"x18" or a 10"square casserole, cover with waxed paper and microwave on med-high (70%) until beef is tender, about 9 to 14 min, re-arranging after ? the cooking time DO NOT TURN OVER... 3) Pour sauce over beef patties and top with mozzarella slices and then sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired...
