Suggest a better description1. Heat the oil in a pan gently and soften the onion and garlic. 2. Add the tomatoes, herbs and tomato pur?e and simmer the sauce for 15 minutes. 3. Rinse the beans and boil them for 4 minutes in water, then drain them well. 4. Season the tomato sauce and toss in the beans. 5. Raise the heat for half a minute and then serve immediately. NOTES : A colourful vegetable to serve with any grill or roast. It also goes well with fish dishes.
