Mix oil, egg and milk. Then add dry ingredients. Dough should be sticky. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes. Remove muffins from tin while still warm. Turn upside down and dip in small bowl of melted butter. Then roll top in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
