Suggest a better descriptionMelt chocolate in double broiler with water, sugar, and vanilla. Beat the egg yolks. Add them one by one to chocolate mix (chocolate should be cool to the touch.) Add a dash of salt to egg whites. Beat in a cool glass bowl. Add whites to chocolate mixture slowly and fold in.
