Mix salt and baking powder in flour. Let butter soften. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (use your hand it works best).
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and place in freezer to chill for 30 min.
Shape into small cylinders the size of your finger and put on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let cool for 10 min and then roll in powder sugar.
