Trim fat off meat and put in a crock pot. Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat. Add water to almost cover meat. Cook on low 10-12 hours.
Remove meat and shred with two forks.
Toast buns in oven, on broil. Put meat on buns, stop with Swiss cheese, return to oven to melt cheese.
Use remaining juice for dipping.
