This slow cooker recipe is one of my all time favorites.
Put the roast into the slow cooker and add all of the other ingredients. Add water until the roast is covered. Set the slow cooker on low. Cook for 8-10hrs. Remove the roast and shed it with a fork. Place on a bun and serve with a small dish of the juice from the slow cooker (dipping au jus).
You can put a slice of provolone cheese on the sandwich for a little extra twist.
