Preheat oven to 450
Put flat on plate and sprinkle with oil and salt. Mix around by hand then spread flat on plate and microwave for 5 min
Pam spray flat baking sheet. Place fries flat and not touching. Sprinkle top with salt
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes and flip over salt top and cook addl 10 to 15 minutes
