Healthy baked french fries are crunchy and delicious.
Preheat oven to 425 F
1. Slice potatoes lengthwise into 1/2" x 1/2" wedges.
2. Soak wedges in a bowl of cold water for 15 - 20 minutes.
3. Drain and dry on paper towel.
4. Mix wedges, olive oil, salt and rosemary in a bowl.
5. Spread out on a nonstick cookie sheet and roast in the oven for 12 - 14 minutes.
6. Turn potatoes over and roast for 12 - 14 minutes more.
For variations you can add a seasoned salt or, for spicy fries, some chili powder.
