Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook diced chicken breasts in a skillet with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
In large bowl, stir the green beans, 1/2 of the cheddar cheese, sour cream, and the soups. Add in the diced chicken, stir to combine and pour into a greased 9 x 13" baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle on the remaining cheddar and fried onions and bake another 5 minutes.
Let stand 5-10 minutes.
Serve with a side of carrots and hot rolls.
