Best French toast bake. A combination of 2 recipes.

Preheat over to 375.
Butter 2 or 3 quart dish (or 9x13) pan.
Cube bread and layer in dish.
In bowl, mix eggs. Add milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Mix together and pour on bread.
If leaving overnight, cover and refrigerate.
Otherwise, mix bread lightly to be sure egg is covering all the bread.
In bowl, combine melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over bread/egg mixture.
In another bowl combine Flour, Brown sugar and cinnamon. Then add cold butter and mix with hand until butter is well incorporated.
Sprinkle over the top. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
