Arrange slices and then butter each piece.
Beat next 5 ingredients (eggs through vanilla) in mixer.
Pour mixture over bread. Soak for 1/2 hr. in refrigerator. Flip bread over and let soak over night.
Preheat oven to 425
Bake for 10 min and turn over for another 5 min.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Serve.
