Refrigerate 1 hr or overnight
Place the bread cubes into a greased 3 quart shallow baking dish. Beat the eggs, milk and pour the mixture over the bread cubes. Sitr and press the bread cubes into the milk mixture to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
Heat oven to 350@, Uncover the baking dish.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. Serve with syrup, if desired
