In shallow dish, whisk eggs. cream, chives, salt/pepper and curry.
Dip baguette slices into mixture
Melt butter in nonstick griddle over medium high heat and panfry baguette slices (approx 4 minute - turning once) until golden brown
Place baguette slices on foil lined cookie sheet, top with pear slices and brie. Place cookie sheet approx 6 inches from broiler and broil for approx 3 minutes until cheese starts to melt.
