Prepare skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium until hot. Dip bread slices into the mixture and place on heated skillet and cook until browned on one side, about 3 to 5 minutes. Turn over and cook about 2 to 3 minutes more on other side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. (See the end of this chapter for syrup recipes.) NOTE: This recipe contains no fat.
