Must be prepared the day before serving!
In saucepan, bring first 3 ingredients to a boil over medium heat., stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Pour into greased 10x 18 baking dish. Spread evenly. Top with enough slices of bread to fill single layer. Use pieces of bread to fill spaces.
Combine sugar and 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle half over bread. Place remaining bread on top, filling spaces as above. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat last 3 ingredients with remaining 3/4 tsp cinnamon.
Pour over bread making sure mixture touches top of all bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature before baking.
