Chop lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and cilantro. Put a large tortilla on a plate, layer with 1/2 cup chopped lettuce, 1/4 cup tomatoes and avocado, a tablespoon of sour cream, chicken, scallions and top with cheese.
Wrap like an envelope and serve
