Chicken and eggs are the protein of this incredible Asian fusion stir-fry. With fresh ingredients such as red pepper, cauliflower, mushroom, broccoli, carrots, and zucchini, but his meal is but delicious and nutritious.
1) Fry egg on pan over low heat
2) Add diced chicken
3) Slice, dice, and chop vegetables and add each to pan
4) Stir everything every 30 seconds on lowest heat
5) stir in olive oil
6) stir in sesame oil and soy sauce
7) enjoy :)
This probably makes 1 1/2 servings, but I was quite hungry when I made it so I practically inhaled the entire pan
