Stays fresh in fridge for 2 months,
Mix cucumbers, onions, peppers and salt. Set aside.
Put vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed in a pot, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool for 1 hour.
Pour mixture over cucumbers.
Put in2 quart jars and store in fridge.
Will last 2 months.
