How to make fresh pasta
Place the Flour in a bowl and make a well in the centre.
Crack the eggs into it and beam with a fork until smooth.
Mix the eggs into the flour with the tips of your fingers until everything is combined.
Knead the pieces of dough together until smooth and silky.
Wrap in gladwrap and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
With your fingers flaten out balls about the size of an orange.
Run through the pasta roller at the thickest setting, then the second thickest, fold and repeat.
When the dough is smooth run through settings until desired thickness.
Fold longways to make a square and then run the the roller across the dough.
