Zucchini and other vegetables give this relish a little more variety then your regular green pickle relish.
Chop Zucchini and onions mix with salt. let stand 1/2-1 hour. Add other veggies and spices and vinegar. cook 1/2 hour. Add flour to water to make paste and sugar continue to cook until thicken. Pour into jars and seal.
