A quick and tasty side dish.
Add butter to skillet and melt. Add garlic (I don't measure anything, but I think its about 1tbsp, just what ever looks right), salt, and pepper. Sautee until you can smell the garlic. Add the green beans and mushrooms. Toss to coat well with butter, cover and cook for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionaly, until the green beans are crisp-tender.
Sorry that I don't have measurements for anything, I just always eyeball everything.
