In the bottom of a 8 x 10 baking dish, layer sliced peaches.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and nutmeg in separate bowl.
Blend in butter with fingers until blended and mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle graham mixture over the sliced peaches.
Bak uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla or cinnamon ice cream.
