Chop 200 grams pork into small pieces, 3 cloves garlic.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil, brown garlic, add pork, and a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of chicken salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 big splashes fish sauce.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and onion and cook for 3 minutes.
Add oyster sauce at end.
Allow to cool.
Place on rice paper and roll to form spring rolls.
