Robin's is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. They offer some very intriguing mash ups (one of my favorites being Lamb Curry Burritos with Mint Chutney). This is a fresh, light salad that goes with everything.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
