A delicious sweet potato recipe for any time of the year, but especially appropiate for the Thanksgiving Holiday!
This one is very simple. Blend all main ingredients and put in a casserole dish. Mix all the topping ingreadients and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Optional: top with some marshmallows during the last 10-15 minutes of baking
