A basic tomato salsa with a nice flavor profile. Great for serving with chips or cooking into omelets.
Mince garlic, fine dice everything else and combine.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill for an hour or more to enhance flavor.
Yields about 6 cups prepared.
Use Jalapeno peppers for Mild, Serrano for Medium, and add a Habanero pepper or two to move to Hot.
