This yogurt dressing or sauce is very refreshing. It's traditional in Mediterranean foods, and delicious with meat, falafels, veggies, dolmas, or other wraps. You can thin it for use with salads as a refreshing cucumber dressing. Guests love it!
Process the olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon peel in the food processor until the peel is very finely diced. Add the dill and cucumber, half the garlic and all the dill and process till you get a uniform green mush. Yum! Now stir this into your yogurt and add extra pressed garlic as needed. Enjoy!
