1) Line the AirFry basket with parchment paper.
2) In a small bowl, toss together the cheese and flour. Sprinkle the cheese in a 4 - 4.5 inch round in the center of the parchment-lined AirFry basket. In a small bowl, stir together the cumin seeds and pepper. Sprinkle the spices on top of the cheese.
3) Set the air fryer to 375F for 5 minutes. After 4 minutes, check for doneness: the cheese should be bubbling and just starting to darken a bit. If not, cook for 1 minute more. Use a thin, flexible metal spatula to transfer the cheese to a paper towel-lined baking sheet to cool (it will continue to crisps up as it cools).
4) While the cheese wafer is still warm, cut it into wedges and let cool completely. Serve the cheese wafers, or store between layers of waxed paper or parchment paper in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
