Old Chicken Recipe for better Brussels Sprouts
Boil Brussels Sprouts until soft, then drain all water
Mix eggs water together well, then blend in hot sauce. Pour into a Ziploc bag, and add Brussels Sprouts.
Leave in fridge for 2 hours.
In medium bowl, mix flour and baking powder, salt pepper, chipotle powder and garlic powder.
remove Brussels Sprouts from bag, and roll into powder mix, coating well, Heat oil to 350F in large skillet.
Then into skillet and cook until golden brown.
Olive oil for cooking
