Suggest a better descriptionCombine seasonings. Coat chicken with 2 teaspons of mix. Add remaining to flour, mixing well.
Beat eggs and milk together. Pour into wider dish like loaf pan.
Heat oil to 350, at least 1" deep.
Dredge chicken in seasoned flour. Drop in milk mixture and let soak for a couple minutes. Drain, then dredge chicken in flour mixture again, coating well. Drop into oil and fry till golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Eat over salad with suggested toppings or other favorites.
