3. TAKE CHICKEN WINGS AND FIRST DIP THEM IN FLOUR, THEN DIP IN MILK BOWL, AND DIP AGAIN IN FLOUR.
4. PLACE IN SKILLET AND FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
