Suggest a better descriptionPut eggs and milk in bowl and mix. In other bowl, put flour, chicken seasoning, paprika, black pepper, salt and sage and mix well. In pan, add oil or shortening-let heat. Rinse chicken and then dry them. Then set in egg mixture(1 at a time). Then put chicken into the flour mixture and from there put in pan to cook. Let cook uncovered until they get brown and somewhat crusty, then cover and cook. Serve and enjoy!
