The practice of fried crab claws is not complicated. Mix the shelled crab meat, shrimp gum, celery and seasonings into crab claws, then add the egg yolk and bread flour, and fry until golden brown. The crab claws are crispy and delicious. Each mouth is also the sweet taste of shrimp and crab meat. It is served with sauce and tastes more fragrant.
1. Steam and cook claws
2. Cut Shrimp and mix with Corn Starch. Let sit for 1 hour to dry.
3. Cut into paste and mix with seasoning (Salt, Sugar, White Pepper, Sesame Oil)
4. Mix in fat meat
5. Form paste onto claws
6. Drench in flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with Panko
7. Deep fry until golden brown.
