Try this Fried dough balls without yeast recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better description1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, butter, vanilla and grated zest of one lemon and make a soft dough.
2. Using a round shaped spoon, make small balls the size of a walnut. Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the balls until they are golden brown.
3. Remove from pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
4. Cool !
5. Dust with sugar before serving :)
