Cut goat cheese in similar slices but thicker than tomato
Mix bread crumbs with paprika
Beat eggs in separate bowl and then roll in cheese to coat and then Roll in bread crumbs
Fry in heated oil about a min-- watch so it doesn't burn
Put slice of tomato on bread and then top with fried cheese
