Suggest a better descriptionCombine first 3 ingredients, mixing well. Dip green pepper strips in cream cheese mixture, turning to coat. Fry in hot oil (375 degrees F) until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Yield: 2 servings.
