Fry pork chops- 1/4 inch of oil in medium/high heat. Don't put meat in until hot. Flour should sizzle as soon as it's put in the oil.
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and desired spices in bag. Batter, fry two at a time to get desired color for gravy later!
GRAVY!- drain all but about 3 TBS of oil from pan, keep drippings. Add 1/4 of leftover batter flour. Salt and pepper to taste, one tsp of worchestershire sauce, one desenegrated chicken buillion cube.
Make a rue, cook to desired color. Add water as needed after browning flour.
