Fry chopped bacon on medium-high heat until brown in wok. Add Sesame Oil. Saute crushed garlic for 1 minute. Add rice and cook 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally. Mix in 1 Tablespoon Ginger from tube. Push rice to the side of wok and scramble the two eggs. Incorporate into the rice mixture. Add green onions & FROZEN peas. Drizzle in Soy Sauce and mix until well blended.
ALTERNATE RECIPE:
Heat Canola OIl with Sesame Oil. Add crushed garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add rice, ginger and bacon bits, stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes. Add can of flaked, chicken breast and stir into rice mixture. Push rice to side and scramble two eggs. Incorporate the eggs into the rice mixture. Stir in green onions and FROZEN peas. Drizzle in Soy Sauce and stir until well blended.
Use only COOLED rice. Jasmine rice is the best. Do not OVERSTIR the rice or it will get "gummy". Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
