Heat 1 tablespoon oil in Wok at 325 F and cook eggs stii set but still moist then remove from Wok. Add 4 tablespoons oil to Wok & heat oil. Add onion, garlic, pork, chicken & mushrooms and stir fry about 2 minutes till all cooked then remove from Wok but leave liquid in Wok. Add cooked rice, peas & bean sprouts to Wok and stir fry about 3 minutes till rice is hot. The add egg, soy sauce, shrimp & meat/onion mixture to Wok and stif fry about 1 minute until steaming hot.
