Suggest a better descriptionPut oil in pan. Add rice, chopped onion, and one can mushrooms, soy sauce and stir for 10 minutes. Put beaten egg over it. Stir for 5-10 minutes.
Real rice- use twice as much water as rice.
Put rice and water in pot. Bring to a boil and then let to simmer 14 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit for 5 more minutes.
