one cup of boiling water---pour in one cup instant rice. Cover,
remove from heat. Cool. I like to cook it earlier, and keep in
refrigerator till ready, and it is cold.
As much bacon as you wish, cut into small pieces and fry, drain.
Leave a little grease in pan. Add rice, and as many green onions as
you wish, diced, maybe one bunch, and fresh mushrooms, 6 or 8, I like
more. O yeah, ahead of time, take one egg, and scramble it, add to
mix, and put as much soy sauce in as you want. You can always add
more to taste, but you cannot take it out if there is too much. Fry.
