Suggest a better descriptionFirst cook rice..early in the day. Let sit in refrigerator. When ready to cook have all ingrediants chopped and eggs beaten well. First cook bacon, remove from pan and then add the chicken breasts in..remove and then the shrimp. When shrimp is done remove and then lightly saute the green onions...only for about a minute. Last...thing is scramble the eggs. In a large greased wok...add rice and continually toss till rice becomes hot. Add in all the fried ingrediants..and add soy to taste. A light sprinkle of sugar helps remove the overly salty taste of the soy. (It doesnt make the rice sweet unless way too much is added) And last we throw in a sprinkle of Accent. This sounds like a lot of work...but every year my brother, my father and myself all work together to make this dish. We now have it down to a science and it takes us about 20 mins.
