Suggest a better descriptionAgain, this was contributed by: Cleo21497 Slice tomatoes, about 1/4-inch thick. Dip both sides first into the eggs, then into the flour, then into the milk and finally into the cracker meal or bread crumbs. Fry them either on your stove top in a skillet or and electric frying pan. Cover the entire bottom of your pan with cooking oil such as vegetable, canola, or whatever you happen to have.
