Julienne the potatoes to 1/4 inch square strips. In large mixing bowl whisk together 4 tablespoons grapeseed oil, one teaspoon garlic powder, two teaspoons salt.
Add the potatoes to mixing bowl and toss thoroughly. Spread potatoes out on non-stick sprayed cooking grate sitting on pizza sheet with tin foil between grate and sheet.
Broil on low for 15 minutes. At end of this cooking time, turn broiler to high for long enough to slightly brown the potatoes. Remove them from oven, turn them over and return to high broiler to brown the other side.
