1. Pre-heat oven.
2. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Stir in jalapenos, garlic & onion. Cook until onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
3. Mix the bacon mixture and remaining ingredients in an ungreased 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered, stirring once, until the beans are hot and bubbly, about 45 minutes.
